  • Work experience for Year 10 students who want a placement
  • - Work experience for Year 12 students who want a placement
  • Careers talks every Wednesday
  • Tutor programmes that address decision making at the key points in your school life
  • Careers library
  • The opportunity to talk to a member of the careers team when you want to
  • Access to U - Explore, the one stop shop for online careers information, advice and guidance.

Year 12 Work Experience


18th - 21st July 2016
Start to think about where you would like to go. If you would like a placement in Medicine, Physiotherapy, Law, Magazines, Veterinary Services, Architecture or Lab work you need to apply now. For more information see Mrs Hewitt in the Careers office.


Year 10 Work Experience


11th - 15th July 2016
uk/images/page/careers/uexplore_logo Work Experience is offered to Year 10’s who would like to take part, although we do have to limit the numbers. The process for this will start in January when students will be given a form. If students would like to do work experience they need to start thinking about the area of work they would like to do, and any possible placements. They are asked to find their own placement, and the Careers Department process the paperwork.
